Cancellation Policy
The reservation is confirmed with a payment of a 30% deposit.
Up to 7 days before arrival, no penalty will be charged.
From 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully retained, except in cases of force majeure, where the management reserves the right to freeze the deposit for use within one calendar year.
White Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or withdraw the deposit at any time (within 48 hours of receiving confirmation) as a guarantee for the reservation.
In case of Cancellation on the same day as the booking, a 100% penalty of the total stay will be charged.
